STUDIO POLICIES & SANCTUARY GUIDELINES

Welcome to House of Kush-Kush. To ensure every ritual is held with intentionality, space, and care, we operate under strict sanctuary guidelines. By booking a treatment, you agree to the following terms.

1. APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

• Every treatment is held by one practitioner only, personally, with no rotation and no script.

• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• To protect the privacy and calm environment of the studio, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so as not to impact the following client, while the full service fee remains payable.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment reschedule.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total treatment cost.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

3. HEALTH, MEDICAL DISCLOSURES & SOMATIC PRACTICE

• Certain treatments—including intra-oral buccal therapy, TMJ release, and active skincare—require prior screening.

• You must notify us prior to your appointment if you have had recent injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers), chemical peels, facial surgery, active skin infections, or medical conditions affecting your jaw or nervous system.

• For intra-oral buccal therapy, we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks following recent dental work or injectable treatments.

• Our practices are designed for nervous system regulation, somatic touch, and skin resilience. They do not replace formal medical or psychological diagnosis.

4. QUIET SANCTUARY & PHONES

• To preserve the sensory environment for yourself and others, we kindly ask that mobile phones be switched to silent or turned off upon entering the studio.
